As you can see, we sell, install, and service many different products. It’s challenging to stay informed about details like clearances, efficiencies, heating capacities, fuel use, framing specifications and so forth. We attend lots of industry trainings, certification classes, and product presentations because we want to know what we’re talking about. Our design assistance services are our way of sharing that with our customers. This includes giving recommendations and prices to people in e-mails, in the store, and during our site visits to peoples’ homes.
